The Restaurant Marketing Associate will be located in Guangzhou and work for Vaastu, a date with India by assisting with marketing/public relations.
RMA responsibilities include:
Essential functions:

•        Working with the Director to create a marketing plan
•        Executing the marketing plan
9 J/ l$ }2 ]: ^# B/ d1 L•        Engaging media and hotel concierges with a well-developed promotion strategy
3 z' K# X+ X1 P# I. m7 G0 ]$ J•        Monitoring effectiveness
- ?% j3 Z1 d: g2 ~6 m  ]5 n•        Building relationships within the community (Some have done this by distributing flyers at community events, distributing food and catering menus to local businesses, setting up cross-promotions and school programs, as well as involving Vaastu in community-wide events.)
, B* A* T$ M5 `9 l•        Complete graphic design work such as business cards, menu, sign board printing and installation.
. R0 M" q! n3 [* }•        Create and manage all restaurant catering emails and hotel invitations from conception to email launch.
•        Ability to professionally interact with guests and senior executives (both internal and external). Train on key topics pertaining to marketing.
9 t2 G4 j0 C& l2 {6 M•        Oversee management and create annual strategy for Social Media (local & foreign) which includes monthly promotions to build the fan base.
•        Coordinate and execute the quarterly Surprise and Delight campaign for our VaastuSelect members.

Secondary functions:
1 u( b7 i7 R# O3 q/ S* Assist with budget management
; s! N% [& w1 o$ h  j" G* Act as liaison with other departments to provide assistance with miscellaneous requests
* Collateral copy proofing and text editing
* General administrative support, to include set up of conference calls, ordering supplies, submission of monthly expense reports and coordinate internal & external meetings
* Coordinate events for all marketing functions. Ability to work evenings and weekends if required.

•        Job Characteristics:

“雅仕度，印度之约”，根据Panchbhoots 命名分为5大区域Vaayu （高级用餐区），Jal (吧台), Agni (贵宾房), Bhoomi (休闲用餐区), 和 Aakaash (室外用餐区)。Vaayu和Bhoomi有各自的菜单，协调搭配的菜单将带给您五大独具风格的用餐体验。
