The Restaurant Marketing Associate will be located in Guangzhou and work for Vaastu, a date with India by assisting with marketing/public relations.
RMA responsibilities include:
Essential functions:

•        Working with the Director to create a marketing plan
! s) z( h6 a/ L•        Executing the marketing plan
$ S; p' b! s. U8 f5 Z' \•        Engaging media and hotel concierges with a well-developed promotion strategy
, w% O: a$ Z, ]/ W3 r•        Monitoring effectiveness
•        Building relationships within the community (Some have done this by distributing flyers at community events, distributing food and catering menus to local businesses, setting up cross-promotions and school programs, as well as involving Vaastu in community-wide events.)
7 |1 t/ x+ R4 W- A•        Complete graphic design work such as business cards, menu, sign board printing and installation.
+ ^" d! k/ `! L/ k•        Create and manage all restaurant catering emails and hotel invitations from conception to email launch.
•        Ability to professionally interact with guests and senior executives (both internal and external). Train on key topics pertaining to marketing.
•        Oversee management and create annual strategy for Social Media (local & foreign) which includes monthly promotions to build the fan base.
•        Coordinate and execute the quarterly Surprise and Delight campaign for our VaastuSelect members.

5 x' K* N3 C3 h* o. z) d* General administrative support, to include set up of conference calls, ordering supplies, submission of monthly expense reports and coordinate internal & external meetings
* Coordinate events for all marketing functions. Ability to work evenings and weekends if required.
* Perform additional assignments and projects as required
