6 V; I2 Z* H3 @" i% ZBe Responsible for One Department of Sports in a Store.  Manage your department with full autonomy.

- Hire, train, and manage the sales assistants’ team on a daily basis and help them to achieve their professional targets.
6 ?" z9 q/ r4 U1 E% }- Pilot the activities in terms of turnover, margin, expense and profitability, launch the commercial operations.
6 s: Q8 k) Q% a! F& c- Control the stock and guarantee the budget of the stock rotation. Show the best layout to welcome the customers.
5 Q/ Q- H: U5 E. p- Provide professional sales service, technical sports and product advice to customers.
- Work with the store manager, guarantee the store daily operation jobs.
