Job Description
Be Responsible for One Department of Sports in a Store.  Manage your department with full autonomy.

- Hire, train, and manage the sales assistants’ team on a daily basis and help them to achieve their professional targets.
9 C2 f7 u# W7 l. d6 s- Pilot the activities in terms of turnover, margin, expense and profitability, launch the commercial operations.
( }8 u$ S3 Z4 G) L! P; z- Control the stock and guarantee the budget of the stock rotation. Show the best layout to welcome the customers.
8 X2 s# s/ ?9 i: ?2 {, i- Provide professional sales service, technical sports and product advice to customers.
- Work with the store manager, guarantee the store daily operation jobs.
