: V- R7 |# d% a+ gBe Responsible for One Department of Sports in a Store.  Manage your department with full autonomy.

6 d+ D6 G9 L2 @- Hire, train, and manage the sales assistants’ team on a daily basis and help them to achieve their professional targets.
- Pilot the activities in terms of turnover, margin, expense and profitability, launch the commercial operations.
1 L* V( K8 G! B6 d5 `4 K9 e- Control the stock and guarantee the budget of the stock rotation. Show the best layout to welcome the customers.
- Provide professional sales service, technical sports and product advice to customers.
- Work with the store manager, guarantee the store daily operation jobs.
