Job Description
Be Responsible for One Department of Sports in a Store.  Manage your department with full autonomy.

# U( j; \$ t( l7 y) X& Y8 B- Hire, train, and manage the sales assistants’ team on a daily basis and help them to achieve their professional targets.
- Pilot the activities in terms of turnover, margin, expense and profitability, launch the commercial operations.
- Control the stock and guarantee the budget of the stock rotation. Show the best layout to welcome the customers.
" ?' F% x; L) a2 q$ l- \5 B- Provide professional sales service, technical sports and product advice to customers.
- Work with the store manager, guarantee the store daily operation jobs.
