Store Department Manager in Training => Future Store Manager
Job Description
Be Responsible for One Department of Sports in a Store.  Manage your department with full autonomy.

- Hire, train, and manage the sales assistants’ team on a daily basis and help them to achieve their professional targets.
- Pilot the activities in terms of turnover, margin, expense and profitability, launch the commercial operations.
- Control the stock and guarantee the budget of the stock rotation. Show the best layout to welcome the customers.
- Provide professional sales service, technical sports and product advice to customers.
- Work with the store manager, guarantee the store daily operation jobs.
Profile Detail
- Passionate about sports and seek a managerial role.
- Energetic and have a sense of responsibility and organisation.
- Team spirit, service attitude, responsible, dynamic, vital, frank, concrete, demanding.
- Have long-term project for personal develop within the project of the company.
- Good communication skills.
- Manager or potential manager.
- Chinese nationality, fluent in English
