Be Responsible for One Department of Sports in a Store.  Manage your department with full autonomy.

- Hire, train, and manage the sales assistants’ team on a daily basis and help them to achieve their professional targets.
- Pilot the activities in terms of turnover, margin, expense and profitability, launch the commercial operations.
2 L) E4 O, r* o# h( L+ e1 P; J- Control the stock and guarantee the budget of the stock rotation. Show the best layout to welcome the customers.
+ j0 ^0 D8 z4 {; J8 S. p- j- Provide professional sales service, technical sports and product advice to customers.
- Work with the store manager, guarantee the store daily operation jobs.
