·Develop new business with major multi-national and local corporations regarding company services.

·Cultivate & promote good client relationship.& y+ |% W) N6 x* f
·Search for and meet with candidates to understand their skills and experience in depth in order to match with customer's requirements.& a+ W8 n6 [+ t& b8 h. \0 {- b, n
·Authenticate candidate work history and references
7 A+ S; Q0 Q. r- d·Prepare interview summaries on candidates for presentation to clients

·Supervise consultants and searchers in filling client’s positions.

Requirements:

·Direct sourcing of prospective candidates from targeted industries, companies or from the use of in-house database;

·Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews to determine candidates’ suitability.

·Verifying candidate employment history and references
