Ideally, you will have previous recruitment experience from any sector, or come from within FMCG, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Marketing or relevant service sectors and have sales experience or a sales mindset.
This role is crucial to the overall success and effectiveness of the company’s business model and we seek dynamic and highly organized individuals with a background in the appropriate business lines to lead our growing teams.

/ H9 M- E- S& S& c, D' U·Develop new business with major multi-national and local corporations regarding company services.
3 {% n! `. ?# {0 w. g( Q·Communicate with decision makers, HR Directors/Managers and / or Recruitment Managers to understand the specific requirements of each job post.
·Cultivate & promote good client relationship.
·Search for and meet with candidates to understand their skills and experience in depth in order to match with customer's requirements.
. Q% b$ v0 U) @- p5 S·Authenticate candidate work history and references
·Prepare interview summaries on candidates for presentation to clients
·Follow up with both customers & candidates to close the engagement.
$ {+ s; f. f  a  d; F·Supervise consultants and searchers in filling client’s positions.

Requirements:
   
7 _' w5 d& ~! ^, G; k·Degree graduates with about 2-3 years working experience in human resources, sales, or IT.
6 F9 A$ [1 r/ C& f6 c0 w(Candidates with less experience will be considered for a junior position).

·A positive mindset and can work under pressure.
+ F6 Q9 U0 v6 w; u. J* H" Z·Exposure to multinational culture will be a plus.
+ r" Z. ^' l) J& E·Good inter-personal and communications skills.
·Proficient in English (spoken & written) and Mandarin.
4 @, R1 F4 a' f* n' i1 m2 \" _: UCantonese will be a plus.

The successful candidate will undertake executive search within FMCG, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Marketing or relevant service sectors.

& o4 c5 v- t: S6 E3 qWorking closely with Consultants, the successful applicant will develop search strategies for completion of assignments;
·Direct sourcing of prospective candidates from targeted industries, companies or from the use of in-house database;
0 v8 ]- {. W5 L4 p9 B·Responsible for collecting qualitative information on candidates.
·Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews to determine candidates’ suitability.

+ T( _5 {4 l+ L# C' j+ T·Management of advertising response
% G1 M! Z5 z" V! m, x·Interviewing and preparing interview summaries on candidates for presentation to clients
# p7 X; R* O  S7 \! g+ M" y6 f·Verifying candidate employment history and references
·Networking in appointed industries to facilitate future placements.

Requirements:
/ T5 v3 F) n. o! |) J- ]( _8 @·University graduate;
) s8 K; b4 z! M& O·Excellent computer and internet skills
·Highly organized and ability to multi-task

·Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus.
·Candidates who have an interest in this field and possess an out-going personality coupled with being a fast learner will also be considered;
