·Search for and meet with candidates to understand their skills and experience in depth in order to match with customer's requirements.

·Follow up with both customers & candidates to close the engagement.

·A positive mindset and can work under pressure.

·Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews to determine candidates’ suitability.
