8 Q( n$ ^  ^+ C2 n# R2 x/ EIdeally, you will have previous recruitment experience from any sector, or come from within FMCG, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Marketing or relevant service sectors and have sales experience or a sales mindset.

Responsibilities:

·Develop new business with major multi-national and local corporations regarding company services.
( R) B3 |( @( ^8 e! |! z·Communicate with decision makers, HR Directors/Managers and / or Recruitment Managers to understand the specific requirements of each job post.
+ Q+ \3 X/ C' f; ~·Cultivate & promote good client relationship.! x- |7 D/ ~1 \
·Search for and meet with candidates to understand their skills and experience in depth in order to match with customer's requirements./ V; h, H! I2 m0 E
·Authenticate candidate work history and references
$ b8 U' n' d6 `. q' s/ z·Prepare interview summaries on candidates for presentation to clients9 @5 _% ]0 \- L4 r0 t  y
·Follow up with both customers & candidates to close the engagement.3 u) ^$ K  L$ e9 r
·Supervise consultants and searchers in filling client’s positions.

·Degree graduates with about 2-3 years working experience in human resources, sales, or IT.5 h: S: u1 ]/ N7 c3 S" h2 `
(Candidates with less experience will be considered for a junior position).

The successful candidate will undertake executive search within FMCG, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Marketing or relevant service sectors.

Working closely with Consultants, the successful applicant will develop search strategies for completion of assignments;

·Direct sourcing of prospective candidates from targeted industries, companies or from the use of in-house database;

·Responsible for collecting qualitative information on candidates.3 w1 N3 Q5 a4 Q+ U
·Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews to determine candidates’ suitability.
+ ^! G, X3 N0 o·Creation of job ads! S3 r7 F; L- Y8 d
·Management of advertising response4 x/ \4 Z! ^5 ^4 d/ R% \, f* L& x
·Interviewing and preparing interview summaries on candidates for presentation to clients0 C6 T4 r& l! o* l
·Verifying candidate employment history and references
0 E5 m' E# \7 d! A·Networking in appointed industries to facilitate future placements.( v. t" g# b  w

Requirements:% N4 Y: }* u; X! ^; W2 k
·University graduate;
4 x7 F/ c  x6 y, j1 }  {·Excellent computer and internet skills9 y8 d2 ^0 T8 `% U2 ?
·Highly organized and ability to multi-task
