As a Branch Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Researcher, you will be involved in all aspects of sourcing clients, candidates and managing client accounts.

Ideally, you will have previous recruitment experience from any sector, or come from within FMCG, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Marketing or relevant service sectors and have sales experience or a sales mindset.
This role is crucial to the overall success and effectiveness of the company’s business model and we seek dynamic and highly organized individuals with a background in the appropriate business lines to lead our growing teams.


Responsibilities:
   
·Develop new business with major multi-national and local corporations regarding company services.
+ F, \" ?8 e1 {& ?/ R·Communicate with decision makers, HR Directors/Managers and / or Recruitment Managers to understand the specific requirements of each job post.
$ {# q6 U0 P; ~: N·Cultivate & promote good client relationship.
# d$ I  _. S# F( u5 c8 ^: [# V·Search for and meet with candidates to understand their skills and experience in depth in order to match with customer's requirements.

  e) g8 }$ g5 O·Prepare interview summaries on candidates for presentation to clients
2 S6 x7 t* ]( A, S·Follow up with both customers & candidates to close the engagement.
1 K7 U# \: j1 S·Supervise consultants and searchers in filling client’s positions.

·Degree graduates with about 2-3 years working experience in human resources, sales, or IT.
(Candidates with less experience will be considered for a junior position).

; L, k; x* \% ?, t; G$ K) _3 [. f  i, E·A positive mindset and can work under pressure.
' P8 i5 J* C: K& v7 p% I·Exposure to multinational culture will be a plus.
·Good inter-personal and communications skills.
·Proficient in English (spoken & written) and Mandarin.
Cantonese will be a plus.
·An organized and self-disciplined personality.

The successful candidate will undertake executive search within FMCG, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Marketing or relevant service sectors.

Working closely with Consultants, the successful applicant will develop search strategies for completion of assignments;
·Direct sourcing of prospective candidates from targeted industries, companies or from the use of in-house database;
·Responsible for collecting qualitative information on candidates.
1 \! w' i# E8 @: R6 z' F4 p·Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews to determine candidates’ suitability.

·Management of advertising response
·Interviewing and preparing interview summaries on candidates for presentation to clients
·Verifying candidate employment history and references
·Networking in appointed industries to facilitate future placements.

·Desire to succeed.
" V) N# @! p* I5 ~- L) J·Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus.
