·Supervise consultants and searchers in filling client’s positions.

·Degree graduates with about 2-3 years working experience in human resources, sales, or IT.

·Direct sourcing of prospective candidates from targeted industries, companies or from the use of in-house database;

·Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews to determine candidates’ suitability.

·Interviewing and preparing interview summaries on candidates for presentation to clients

·Networking in appointed industries to facilitate future placements.
