This conference is sponsored by IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES), State Grid of China, Sichuan University, Chongqing University and Wuhan University.  
All papers accepted will be indexed by Ei Compendex and ISTP.  
This conference will be held in Chengdu where "The Land of Abundance" is located.  

The technical areas to be covered in this conference include:
Power Generation - Conventional and Renewable
Power Transmission and Distribution
Power System Management
Smart Grid

Full papers will be due by Nov. 8, 2009.
