- Bachelor degree or above;

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets (personal &/or team);
- Good understanding of courier industrial will be an added advantage;
- Fluent written and spoken English; other dialects will be preferable;
- Business to business selling skills;
- Communication capability at a senior level, both internally and externally;

- Positive & Assertive attitude;

Job Responsibilities: - Manages, coaches and reviews employees in each field to ensure KPI and personal objectives are achieved.
- Conducts regular group review meetings to assess team performance and progress, where applicable, against business plans.
- Gathers all information relating to customers in order to institute the corresponding sales scheme.
- Forms professional and appropriate relationships with key customers through face to face contact.
- Supports the introduction of new products through cascading the information and monitoring the field throughout the team's sales channel teams.
- Works with cross-functional colleagues to ensure all customers and related functional processes are consistently applied to improve the customer experience.
- Accomplishment of varied monthly report.
- Searches training requisition; monitors and evaluates the implement effect.
- Launch sales promotion according to the customer condition in each field.

- College certificate or above
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Organizational awareness (structure, products and services)
- Express distribution industry experience
- Business to business selling skills
- Communication capability at management level, both internally and externally
- Ability to interpret standard business reports and employ information effectively both internally and externally

Job Responsibilities:# d0 G* H# v+ F/ R" i# z) R# I
- To gather competitor and customer data through field sales activities in order to create awareness of local market trends and competitors activities.
- To win and develop Ad-hoc, Small, Medium and Large customers within a specific geographic territory in order to generate and meet revenue targets within the guidelines set out within the commercial policy and centrally agreed sales processes in order to meet both individual and team activity and productivity KPIs.
- To ensure we keep Ad-hoc, Small, Medium and Large customers within a specific geographic territory through building lasting relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- To perform all sales administration activities in order to maintain accurate information essential to sustain revenue and customer service
