1 To assist the legal manager in the capacity of corporate secretary for reporting, and compliance;
7 T# y/ Q: I7 Z2 To draft and review simple legal documents under supervision of the legal manager; 9 Y8 J, g6 } o, d! d
3 To overview the management of key company documents; 3 X) \1 k' }5 h3 H. s) t/ n, U
4 To handle legal cases & disputes under supervision of the legal manager;
2 v* l/ \& K& C0 g7 b, X5 To assist the legal manager in legal training programs.

1 Master;1 E) ^* p' V- J5 I
