主要职责

·ERS fulfillment – to accomplish policy setting, related consulting, user training and provide after installation service

·Consulting – Lead other consultants to fulfill risk management consulting projects

·In-house training – to conduct training and provide feedback report to develop business opportunities

·Sales support – to support some sales and marketing activities, proposals, help sales to discover and explore opportunities、

1.Sales Department:

·Identify the business opportunities to the salesperson by public course, customer in-house training and other consulting service;

·Help salesperson close the contract by professional consulting service.

2.IT Department

·Co-operate with IT engineers on ERS installation and maintenance;

·Work with IT engineers to solve other related technical problems.

External

Work with customers to provide professional risk management solution, improve their internal risk management function as well as receivable performance and identify the business opportunities and risks during the business cycle.

资深销售顾问(Senior Sales Advisor)-上海

主要职责

·Making cold calls, telephone prospecting, customer visit

·Driving and identifying customers’ need

·Offering and organizing training to customers

·Involving customer usage stimulate initiatives

·Renewing contracts

主要职责

·Provide direction and strategy for the business’s compliance program through risk assessment, communication and training

·Define and execute related compliance procedures within HDBC to ensure the business operations/ transactions are in compliance with applicable laws.

·Review and monitor regulatory changes and advise the business on the full range legal issues affecting the business

·Advise local Senior Management on related JV constitutional agreements to ensure the interests of all shareholders are properly protected

·Draft and review all related contracts (sales, purchase, employment, etc) to minimize the exposure to the Company, participating meeting / negotiations with external customers / suppliers where necessary

·Support business development activities

·Investigate, negotiate and resolve disputes (commercial and labor), represent the Company to defend any possible lawsuits to protect image / reputation of the Company

·To support in other Reporting related services as and when required (eg Trade leads, database maintenance)
