求助....当软件使用过程中出现这样问题时候，该怎么办？

我打开某软件的时候，弹出此框，如下：

Runtime error!

program:D:\mxie.exe

this application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unsual way.
please contact the application's support team for more infomation.

关掉这个框后，软件也自动关掉


我该怎么办？请各位大虾指教
救救我啊

这个问题经常是由内存引起,比如不稳定,兼容性等
还有其他部件的兼容性问题
