• Create new assets in SMS based on orders placed by Order Specialists and informa-tion on completed Equipment Delivery Confirmation (EDC) forms

• Contact on-site where full details have not been outlined on the Equipment Delivery Confirmation or MAC forms

• Produce the monthly billing reports for the customers supported, where applicable
