High Level Responsibilities
! h1 U* r9 F5 l5 ^• Create new assets in SMS based on orders placed by Order Specialists and informa-tion on completed Equipment Delivery Confirmation (EDC) forms I0 W A! q0 K6 t9 k2 w4 G( s G
• Update individual asset records in SMS as a result of move/add/change (MAC) activ-ity
; d/ K& w% H6 B; y3 x, w• Contact on-site where full details have not been outlined on the Equipment Delivery Confirmation or MAC forms i2 g. F& Q& |' x) j! d- z
• Deactivate assets that are no longer in use, based on information provided by dis-posal groups3 D t7 D/ z5 @ g& o& b0 i
• Produce the monthly billing reports for the customers supported, where applicable
% T& q0 M( S# H• Monitor and action all logged calls within agreed timeframes8 b4 f" i8 T9 m& {
• Accurately record the effort involved for updating SMS within the call logging system
. _% [& H# u# ^! P# k( ~• Work with referral groups to resolve incomplete calls referred to the IRM AM call log-ging queue

• All end-user queries made to the IRM Hardware Asset Tracking team are actioned in a timely manner, J; n" ~+ y& F" B* I
• Maintain stability and integrity of the baseline asset records for all trackable assets in the asset database* D4 ~* A" L5 q- n3 e7 x* M
• Provide Scheduled and Ad Hoc Reporting to the Account9 ~- q2 I$ t3 T0 {- o
