General Requirements for below positions:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or IT related discipline.
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Good team spirit and strong communication skills
- Having work experience in multinational company is preferable
- Familiar with ES/9000, AS/400 is preferable

Requirements
 Over nine years of relevant experience with at least five years in the management role.
 Strong leadership and team building ability.
 With outstanding work ethic, creativity, high-integrity, team player attitude.
 Sound IT technical support and Data Center management knowledge

Responsibilities
 To manage the Technical Support and Infrastructure Outsourcing team.
 To lead and developing team effectively and providing high level of IT service to internal and external customers.
 To provide consultant and recommendations to the management in respect of technical environment related issues.
 To assist management in designing and implementing the infrastructure strategies, policies and plans.
 To assist management in providing budget information and control expenses versus budget.
 To publish and implementing the technical policies and standard from AIG.
 To exercise responsibility for customer liaison, complaints resolving and service improvement.
 To coordinate with vendors to deliver quality and timely HW/SW/Network.
 To ensure the computer environment and production environment to be stable.

Requirements
 3 years of application development experience
 At least 2 years in system design and relevant experience
 AS/400, COBOL or Java knowledge and experience is preferred
 Insurance or Bank industry background is also preferred.

Responsibilities
 To collect and analyze users requirement
 To design and prepare System Design Statement, approve Program Specification and review System Testing Plan.
 To prepare project schedule and progress report, and control project activities
 To provide technical and application reference to project team member

Requirements
 3-4 years of relevant application development experience
 Strong in Visual Basic (.Net) and SQL skills, Sybase 12.x RDBMS or MSSQL preferred
 Working Knowledge in performance tuning, server installation, database administration
 Experience in insurance industry a definite plus
 Knowledge in Solaris 8 (or above), Window NT/2K/XP, Legato Networker, Volume Manager, Perl and Shell Script
 Exposure to CTI/IVR, Trillium and internet system administration will be an added advantage

Responsibilities
 To work with AIA Home office MIS team to give regional support
 To participate in overall the CRM application system implementation cycle, maintain the system reliability and ensure smooth running of the system application.
 To assist the System Manager to define, develop, test, monitor and fine tune programs,
 To maintain servers /network/database availability and
 To assist in capacity planning and execution of preventive maintenance

Requirements
 With one of the following experience would be preferred:
 Internet-related experience with the following development tools:
* VisualAge for Java, ASP, C/C++, JAVA, JSP, XML
 PowerBuilder, VB, COBOL, DB2/400, Sybase, NT SQL Server
 Experiences in Ingenium or Capsil will be great advantages.

Responsibilities
 To be interactive in communicating with users in Southeastern Asia Region to collect their requirements for system maintenance and new system development
 To participate in programming, troubleshooting and system testing on different platforms.
 To participate in the preparation of System Design Statements, Program Specifications and System Test Plans in accordance with CMMi requirements.
 To prepare other system documents as needed
 To provide assistance in analyzing and solving technical problems.

Requirements
 Establish, maintain and implement quality assurance procedures
 Review technical work products, such as technical design, source program, and unit test plan and result, etc.
 Identify quality trends and issues from projects, and report to Team Leader independently
 Conduct team level QA related trainings

Responsibilities
 Over 3 years of software system development experience
 Experience of quality assurance is preferred

Requirements
 2+ years system development experience, QA experience and java programming experience are preferable
 Know ISO 9001 or CMMI knowledge and PVCS knowledge, ISO9001 certificated internal auditor is preferable

Responsibilities
 To conduct internal quality audit against Quality System standards
 To develop and maintain automatic tracking tools
 To Work with associated groups to continuously improve the effectiveness of Quality System

资历要求
 大学本科学历
 日语口语流利,并具较强的书面表达能力
 三年以上团队管理工作经验
 具较强的沟通、组织及分析能力
 有积极进取心、团体合作精神及具领导才能

 负责计划、统筹有关部门之运作
 监督下属职员的工作质量，以确保任务按标准完成
 需轮班工作

资历要求
 中专以上学历
 能阅读日语的文件,并具备书面表达能力
 熟练运用MS Word、Excel，熟练日文输入
 勤奋好学，有积极进取心及团体合作精神
