这道，VB.net不熟悉，不过个人感觉面向对象语言都差不多吧。。。
不用创建实例就允许调用的方法就是类方法吧？我选4。。。

我猜这个跟java中的finalize()方法类似吧。。。finalize就是在垃圾收集器工作前执行的方法。。。所以选了3。。。

字符串连接，java里字符串连接重载了+号，如果是java就选1。。。
我用过asp，字符串连接是用&，估计面向对象的VB.NET两个都可以吧。。。呵呵。。。

积分应该是因为后院改版的时候整不见的，过段时间调整应该会有回来的，至少数据库没动过。
