The Xbox Accessories Group is looking for a motivated hardware development program manager to join our team in Shenzhen, China. This position offers the opportunity to apply leadership and project management skills to the development of exciting, cutting edge, high-volume products such as game controllers, network adapters, memory devices, headsets, charging devices, and a variety of other products used with the Xbox 360™ game console. Primary responsibilities include managing hardware product development program teams with diverse disciplines from engineering to product planning/marketing and bring a product from concept into high volume production.

As an Xbox Accessories Dev PM, you would own overall program responsibilities of cost, schedule and performance. The specific tasks include resource planning, program status reviews, project budget management, risk definition and risk management, schedule development, work with legal to create development contracts, and negotiating contractual terms. In addition, this position requires managing and coaching the vendor employees in the local PM team and making sure the programs that they are working on can be successfully delivered.

7 m4 `! B5 t- y4 T% V) HAs a candidate for this job, you will ideally have a very strong background in development program management. Technical strengths must include knowledge of hardware development, product test and qualification; excellent technical and analytical skills; strong written and verbal communication skills. Also, program management strengths must include managing the development of high volume consumer products and should include multi-disciplinary, internal and external team leadership to meet overall program objectives and program deliverables that include product specifications, development schedules, costed BOM, team meeting minutes, project monthly status reports, and design review summaries. 7 i2 n% b# g; t+ `9 v4 |

• Define product feature requirements and write product specifications, including documentation submittal for configuration control. , i; C# J8 A. e8 ]! i- @. w
• Collaboration across multiple disciplines and groups - W% Z0 K: W5 V9 J2 s4 \+ a3 Z
• Must demonstrate Risk anticipation, assessment, and management/ q4 q3 w! r/ _, N5 r7 D
• 3+ years of program management experience, have a proven track record of delivering high-volume hardware projects. 2 F& x' F& c2 U) k* _" X& X! t: ^
• Excellent people skills, strong written/oral communication skills.
